Eucalyptus patchwork wallet XVII

This pouch or wallet has been made from naturally dyed fabric using locally gathered eucalyptus leaves such as Cinerea, Blue Gum ( E.globulus) and E.polyanthemos). The pieces of fabric were then hand stitched together into patchwork. 

The lining is calico cotton and the back is raw linen. 

The wallet is produced by a sewing group in Canberra.

Materials used: cotton, linen, silk and wool.

Measurements: 26cm x 17cm
